Looking for a ringtone

Hello.
I am looking for a ringtone but i don't know what is called so maybe somebody could help me.
It's a recording of a baby crying but they did some editing with it with a vocoder and it sounds like as the baby is singing.
If you heard it before do you know what is called and if there is a website i could download it?
